This course will introduce Learners to Photoshop Elements 5.0 at a basic introductory level. Initially, it will help students find their way around the Photoshop interface and to understand what tools are available and what they are for.

During the first few sessions students will cover Photo restoration and editing, image creation, and will explore how to use Photoshop to create movie style special effects.

Tutorials will get more advanced as the weeks progress until eventually students will be encouraged to use Photoshop for personal projects using skills that they have acquired during the initial stages of the course with help from the course leader.
