Diploma in Education and Training (formerly known as DTTLS) Certificate in Education (In-service)

You will be required to attend one afternoon and evening per week and undertake further private study. You will be assessed academically during the six Modules and in your teaching through observation of your practice by the teaching team and your mentor. Those who teach Literacy, ESOL or Numeracy or disabled learners can also achieve a Specialist Diploma in their subject. You will be able to gain QTLS (Qualified Teacher, Learning and Skills) status once you have completed with the Institute for Learning (IFL).
