Postgraduate Diploma in Information Security and Assurance (ISA) Leading to MSc Computer Security Forensics and Risk Management (CSFRM) (Top Up)

This course has been designed on good foundation and rigorous practical training in the respective areas.

Pedagogy of the Program:

The course emphasizes the risk exposures in an Information System environment and focuses on the internal controls to minimize these risks.

COURSE DETAILS

The course has a flexible modular structure and consists of eight core subjects and a Project. A particular emphasis is given in achieving an optimal balance of theory and practice; students will be given exposure to leading-edge software and assurance practices.

The whole program will be taught at LCE and a PgDip will be awarded by SIRM upon successful completion. Successful students will have to submit their dissertation at the University to obtain full MSc degree from the University through SIRM PgD Study Route. Students are required to obtain good marks (minimum 60%) to obtain successful entry onto the Dissertation phase at the University and would also be required to fulfill University entry requirement such as English Competency
