About The Course

The emphasis of this course is on operational aspects of management. The programme is aimed at the middle to senior manager who has the authority and personal inspiration to develop organisational strategy. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role.

The aim is to enable the strategic manager to improve the competitiveness of the organisation for which s/he is responsible by means of:

• Optimum strategic utilisation of resources
• Effective communication within and outside the organisation
• Development of the management team as a coherent, mutually-supportive and motivated group of people who, with the strategic manager, share a common vision and purpose as to the nature of their business.

Certification is by continuous assessment of assignments, plus one assignment set and marked by CMI.
