You will audit the psychoanalytical psychology by Sigmund Freud including behaviorism and humanistic brain research. The course was an extraordinary expansion to my present information about these individuals and ended up being exceptionally pleasant experience also.

I recently attended the Mental Health First Aid course with Julie at HR Champions.
This was an interactive online course spanning two days. I found the course very useful, particularly with the practical role-play exercises to consider the various scenarios involving a conversation about mental health. Since completing the course and using the skills learnt back in my workplace, I found that the ‘CARE’ model has been especially helpful as it has enabled me to follow a structured conversation and achieve effective signposting to specialist agencies which the individual person can follow up on.
Thanks to Julie and the team for a practical and insightful training course, I feel I gained a lot of knowledge.

I recently attended the Mental Health First Aid course with Julie at HR Champions.
