This practical one-day course will help you improve how you draft, understand and work with contracts.
It's an advanced-level course for lawyers and commercial managers with at least two years’ experience of drafting the detailed terms of contracts, and who want to increase their technical understanding.

This course is designed for lawyers and commercial managers who have at least two years’ experience of drafting the detailed terms of contracts, including legal terms.
It's not suitable for beginners or people who draft contracts only occasionally.
