Course Progression: This course is accredited by Periodic Training (JAUPT), and forms 7 hours of the 35 hours drivers are required to obtain in a five year period.

Careers Progression: Following successful completion of the course drivers will be issued with a certificate of attendance. Training links to the
NVQ 2 Road Passenger Transport and CPC requirements.

Course Description:
The purpose of this CPC course is to enhance the service provided to customers in the passenger transport sector.

Description Breakdown:
The aims of this course are:
•Identify how drivers can deliver a first class customer service to different passenger groups.
•Support drivers to deliver a safe service to passengers with different disabilities
•Allow drivers to explore the different types of disabilities and how to support individual needs.
•Support drivers to deal effectively with emergencies when carrying disabled passengers.
•Provide drivers with an understanding of â€" disability, autism, dementia and epilepsy.
•Complete 7 hours CPC accredited training.
