Course programme

Left school and don't know what to do next? Is your confidence stopping you getting the job or training you need? Do you need to improve your skills and/or qualifications before you can start training in the career you want? With a bit of help from Protocol Skills you could be on your way to earning a real wage. All you have to do is take one of our short courses.

The e2e programme is focused on the needs of each individual so the time to complete training will vary from person to person.

e2e and Protocol Skills could provide you with qualifications, a work-placement and support.

You could work towards qualifications and technical certificates, learn new key skills or study topics such as first aid and health and safety. As well as this, you will be given advice on writing your CV, help on completing job applications and tips on how to get into college. You may also have the opportunity to take part in a work experience programme! You will be encouraged to undertake a placement, available in a variety of business areas, from working in a skilled trade to retail.

Why is it different from other programmes?

- Courses taken are tailored to meet your individual needs
- The time it takes for you to complete the programme is dependent on your needs, you stay as long as it takes to complete your course. Your progression will be reviewed and the time you need on the course will be amended accordingly
- You can start your course at any time of the year meaning no need to wait until September like many courses
- Learners work in small groups or on a oneto-
one basis with their tutor ensuring you get the best support possible
