Edexcel Level 3 Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship

This programme is built around you setting up and running your own micro-business for at least four months. We’ll support you all the way, teaching you about business finance, how to set up a supply chain, how to communicate with your customers, monitor the performance of your business, and plan for future expansion. You’ll have input and advice from both national and local entrepreneurs and will work on a range of business challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a business, spending time in a number of different departments and working on real business issues agreed with the employer. Modules include : The innovative entrepreneur; Business planning and pitching; Financial planning and implementation; Launching your business vision; Monitoring the performance of your business; Operating your business; Planning the future of your business: Leadership and teamwork; Working as an intrapreneur (an entrepreneur within an existing company)
