Effective Teamworking

Synopsis:

It is absolutely vital that for a team to work effectively, all the team members should fully understand the teams' objectives and all pull together, using good communication skills, in order to achieve them. This course will enable delegates to do this.

As a result of attending the course, delegates should be able:

• To understand and recognise the key elements required for a team to work effectively

• To understand the importance of "process" in team formation and working together as a team

• To have participated in a team

• To appreciate the importance of good communication within a team

• To recognise different team roles and the dynamic nature of them

• To recognise different behaviour types

• To have learnt and observed the advantages of effective teamwork

• Construct an individual action plan
