Feeling a bit stressed at work? Do you think that your time management skills may have something to do with it? If so, consider this course from Stand&Deliver published in Emagister.co.uk. Poor time management can be a key stressor for many people. Often, we overschedule ourselves and then find we don't have enough time to accomplish everything that we had planned to do. This in turn can lead to some guilt and more stress. Stop the cycle by learning how to identify timewasters and to better manage your priorities.
This course is ideal for anyone who would like to take control of their time and improve their ability to prioritise and make the most of their working day. This workshop focuses on enabling participants to handle their workload by identifying day to day priorities, planning for the ordinary and extraordinary tasks they are expected to manage, and dealing with the issues that often get in the way of their following through with their plans. Some of the topics which will be covered include recognizing personal strengths as well as shortcomings and understanding the real meaning and importance of both efficiency and effectiveness when striving to deliver results.
This one day workshop consists of 6 learning hours with a practical approach. It is available as a public workshop and can also be delivered in-house. Please ask for details.
