Course programme
Course review:
• The workshop focuses on how managers should approach the process of employee engagement, both in terms of creating and sustaining engagement. After a short theory session, the majority of the day is practical and case study driven, so each participant will return to the office with focussed, relevant learning that can be applied straight away.
• The day will equip managers with the means to identify levels of engagement, and then choose the right approach from a blend of elements from a toolkit featuring 28 different approaches.
• Participants receive personal feedback from the course leader, providing a further set of tailored suggestions that can be applied to their own situation.
