Who is the course for?
This course is for students who wish to work towards a qualification in this vocational area but would benefit from a pre-vocational preparation course to ease this transition. Students will spend the majority of time developing Art and Design skills and the rest developing essential skills.

What is the course about?
Students will be introduced to a range of subjects including; Drawing, Painting, 3D work, Textiles and Colour theory.

Will I need anything else?
You will need a general Arts Kit. We will discuss this at your interview.

How long & often do I attend?
Up to 14 hours per week.

How will I be assessed?
All practical units will be assessed throughout the year. Underpinning knowledge will be assessed through projects and assignments.
