Course programme

We offer four different levels:

• Beginners (E1)
• Elementary (E1 - E2)
• Pre-Intermediate (E2)
• Intermediate (E3)

All above classes lead to written or spoken City and Guilds qualifications. Before you join one of our classes you will be tested to find out your level of English.

Literacy & Numeracy

Acton Training Centre also offers Literacy and Numeracy courses suitable for:

• Beginners with little or no math’s

• Problems with reading, writing, etc.

These courses are part-time, once or twice a week (phone us up for the timetable). The timetable allows you to study them as well as ESOL or other courses of interest (see our Learndirect courses).

These courses lead to City & Guilds qualifications and allow you to progress to higher level Literacy and Numeracy courses.

• Our friendly multi-cultural tutors and administrators are able to converse in many languages to help the learner overcome previous barriers to learning
