It covers the correct procedures for safe isolation of equipment, the use of test equipment and the testing of any work that is carried out. Suitable for: Those who need to undertake electrical work but have no recognisable qualifications to do so.

Details

This is a two-day training and assessment course for 4-8 candidates.

Day One Basic electrical theory, isolation, test instruments, EAWA 1990, wiring, electrical supplies

Day Two
Overview of testing, panel/board wiring, testing circuits and components

The course can be held at our Training Centre in Doncaster or, with prior agreement, on-site at your premises. Candidates will be issued with a full set of CITB study notes, supplementary notes and workbook at the start of the course.
