External verification takes place at the end of the academic year (June) and any student on any course may be requested to attend (even if your course finished in the Spring term you may be called upon to attend the external verification visit). The process by which students are chosen to be assessed during the external verification visit is completely random and carried out by the External Verifier from VTCT.
