About this course
You must be at least 19 years of age.
Please note that for this course you will need to provide all of your own fabrics, and will need a basic sewing kit of tape measure, scissors, thread, pins and needles.

About the course
This course encourages students to express themselves thorugh their design ideas and enables them to find a style of drawing with which they are comfortable. Students will be given a set brief to design for a potential client. This will involve researching the topic using magazines, libraries, the internet and their own experience/knowledge. Students will design a mood story board showing the chosen colour scheme, fabrics, trims and overall theme of the final designs.

City & Guilds Fashion Illustration or Made to Measure/Clothes Making course at the appropriate level, or access to HE.
