What does this programme cover?
The Fast-Track AMP covers the core components of the Advanced Management Programme in two 5-day modules. It will give you the essential learning and development you need to become a high-performing general manager and covers the key general management topics outlined below:
Module 1: Strategy development; commercial awareness; customer focus; leadership and You.
Module 2: People skills and practices; influence and impact; implementation: making it happen; routes to growth.

Tailored learning plan
Using the Ashridge Inventory of Management Skills, a 360° feedback tool, you will create an individual learning plan to meet your development needs. The learning plan forms the basis for your work throughout the programme and your choice of optional sessions.
Business simulation
A group based, practical interactive exercise allows you to practise, assess and develop your skills.
Live management exercises
These include role-plays and outdoor development activities. This gives you practical opportunities to develop leadership and team-working skills and to receive peer and tutor feedback for increased self-awareness and accelerated development.
