Final Cut Pro Editing

Course Outline

This 3 day course equips beginners to set-up a Final Cut Pro system and attain operational competence with the software and hardware. Participants will be able to begin editing straight away having been taught the best and most efficient ways to set up and use FCP. The course looks at the Mac OS before comprehensively examining video, audio and effects editing on FCP, and teaching clear simple and professional techniques in media management, capturing and outputting. Compositing and time based effects in FCP are also covered.

Pre-requisites
Basic knowledge of Mac OS X, Basic knowledge of editing terminology is recommended
