Introduction
Available for those aged 16-65, this is your opportunity to 'Earn as you Learn', combining work in food manufacturing or development with additional training in the workplace developed by Reaseheath staff.

About the course
Before you start we will agree which is the right pathway for you, based on your experience, any certificates you may have (e.g. GCSEs) and an assessment.
As an Apprentice you will be involved in a range of topics and in addition to gaining your Work-based Diploma (formerly NVQ) Level 2 in Food Manufacturing and Functional Skills, you will 'pick up' industrial skills in the workplace and certificates in First Aid, Level 2 Health and Safety, Level 2 Food Safety and a technical certificate.
As an Advanced Apprentice you will gain Work-based Diploma (formerly NVQ) Level 3 in Food Manufacturing and Functional Skills plus industrial skills in the workplace and certificates in Level 3 Health and Safety, Level 3 Food Safety and a technical certificate.
