Course Overview
This course is designed for Chefs, Cooks and Caterers 16+ year olds who wish to workin the Hotel and Catering Industry who require a recognised qualification.
Course Structure
This is a 2 year course with attendance on Tuesday, 9.00am - 5.30pm in the Pegwell Building. Initially students should meet in the Pegwell reception.
The course will cover practical cookery and the theory to underpin the practice including:
- Hygiene
- Health and safety
- Commodities
- Cookery methods
