This qualification is particularly aimed at those working at a supervisory level in all food businesses such as food sales, handling, manufacturing or distribution.
The course will provide students with a broad knowledge and understanding of food safety principles and practices.
The course covers topics including food safety, hazards, control measures, legislation, supervision and compliance and legislation. Class discussion is encouraged to share the knowledge and experience of participants.
