Where required, to provide specific job training in both related job safety knowledge and practical skill applications for these types of machines.

Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a conventional masted rough terrain forklift truck.
On completion of the course you will be familiar with the need to train and statutory requirements. The course covers rated capacities for stability and instability, operating and site safety codes, machine and control familiarisation, daily checks including refueling and simple maintenance, also steering, load weight assessment, load handling, stacking and destacking procedures. Use of stabilisers/levelers, loading towers and scaffolds, traveling on site, use and fitting of attachments and much more.
As a record of your achievement, a TAL certificate of training is provided.
