The course caters for a range of qualifications and applicants will be considered on an individual basis. While a Level 3 qualification is desirable, Food Industry employees with the enthusiasm and aptitude to tackle a higher education course will be considered.

In addition bespoke titles and content may be negotiated with the programme & validation teams providing the company has sufficient learners to make it viable. Length of the course

Each module is studied over a 12 week period. The learner is taught
through a mix of face to face workshops at Reaseheath College (2 days
per module), on-line university resources & a personal Reaseheath
tutor who visits them regularly in the workplace. 80% of the work will
take place in the home or workplace and 20% in a guided learning
environment.
