Entry Requirements
Progression from Level 2 Hospitality and Catering qualification, or 3 GCSE at Grade D or above (English and maths desirable) and good personal hygiene.
Course Duration
One year – Full time.
Skills and Benefits
The course covers a range of areas that are essential for a career in the catering industry. You will participate in a real working environment both preparing and serving food in the college’s restaurant, ‘Elevations’. As well as practical skills, you will also develop their essential team work and employability skills throughout the course.

You will be assessed through practical assessments and end of unit tests.
