About this course
This course provides you with a solid base on which to base your undergraduate studies.
You'll learn valuable computing and professional skills and, upon completion, will pass directly onto one of our specialist computing degrees.
This must include at least 32 points from one A level or equivalent BTEC qualifications. For example:CDD at A Level.MMP in BTEC Extended Diploma.A combination of qualifications, which may include AS levels, EPQ and general studies

Course programme
The course is based around both practical and theoretical study, and structured as a sequence of projects. We call these pathways, and they allow you to decide which topic you'd like to pursue at degree level. While undertaking the projects you will learn how to work effectively in a team, identify and develop a range of professional and personal skills, use research methods and study skills, and apply project management techniques to your group projects.
