If you find yourself always fighting with your nearest and dearest, distancing yourself through silence, or blaming others for the failure of your relationship, I can tell you that you are frustrated. On the course, we will examine how to deal with conflict and self-sacrifice, how not to be manipulated or patronized and how to deal with evasive and dispassionate people.
