Interview and college riding assessment plus one of the following: 4
Four GCSEs at grade C or above, which must include English and Maths, or Science
BTEC First Diploma in Horse Management at Merit
At least one year's relevant experience in the horse industry

Course Description
This two year course is designed to provide the supervisory and management skills required by the equine industry. The National Diploma is structured in such a way to provide a challenging alternative to A Levels and build on your existing practical and theoretical equine skills. You will complete work experience throughout the course. You will be required to buy your own riding clothing (including a body protector) and pay a small contribution to the cost of trips, which include Horse of the Year Show, Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre, Learning to Listen, competition yard visits.
