Course Description
This course gives learners an opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to enter the Hospitality Industry, e.g. conference and banqueting, human resources, catering and nutrition, financial management, customer care and health, safety and security. It includes a 4-week work placement in a local hotel.

Career Prospects
It gives learners the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised, vocationally specific qualification leading either to direct employment in the industry or progression to the HNC/HND or degree in Hotel Management
