Course Details
This course is for people aged between 16 and 19 who want to work in the brickwork trade. During the first year you will spend 19 weeks at the College's Queen's Gardens Centre and 29 weeks on a work placement with an employer. In the second year only 8 weeks are spent in the College and 40 weeks with your employer. In the third year you will attend college on day release. You will achieve the Construction Diploma Level 1 and 2 alongside the NVQ Level 2 and will specialise in Brickwork. See Construction Craft courses for what is involved in this trade.
