Course Details
The programme begins with an initial assessment and induction period for up to six weeks which takes place within the College. Trainees work with their training officer to agree an individual training plan, and hours of attendance. E2E covers a wide range of work-related areas such as: Construction - painting and decorating, brickwork, joinery and plumbing Engineering - mechanical and electrical engineering and motor vehicle, fabrication and welding Customer Service Industries - catering , hairdressing, retail and sports studies You may also develop skills and gain qualifications in: Health and Safety at work Physical fitness, Sports Activities and Dance Arts and Crafts Team Work Computer Skills Improving your English and Maths Confidence Building Looking after yourself Anger Management Independent Living Citizenship Trainees also work towards a profile of achievement.
