David Speed
IMI NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
David started College whilst at school, attending a motor vehicle course for one day a week. He enjoyed it so much that when he left school he decided to study full-time and get his IMI NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. He's now a full-time Apprentice with Crane Bank Garage and learning on-the-job skills whilst attending College one day a week to learn the theory behind motor mechanics.
OEI really enjoy doing the Apprenticeship, the guys at the garage are very supportive and it's good being able to practice the skills I've learnt on a daily basis."
