What will I learn?
"To obtain the EDEXCEL NC award each student must complete 12 modules. The modules are delivered as follows: Core Units: Business Systems for Technicians, Communications for Technicians, Mathematics for Technicians, Project (double unit), Electrical & Electronic Principles." Supplementary Units: The remaining modules required to obtain the qualification are taken from the following wide range of topic areas: Analogue & Digital Electronics, Microelectronics, Further Electrical Principles, Electronic Measurement & Testing, Engineering Design, Further Mathematics, Programmable Controllers and others.

How will I be assessed?
The assessment method is via a mix of continuous assessment such as assignments / workbooks and practical projects, and the formal test papers.

What can I do after the course?
The course leads to the possibility of entry to most Higher National courses in a relevant discipline.
