Course content:
General language development at various levels. EIS courses are accredited by The British Council through Accreditation UK.
This course will give you a balanced language development programme. There is a focus on communication, but you will work on all areas of language: vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking and pronunciation.
Specific content depends on the level, needs and interests of the students in each class; teachers assess and discuss this at the start of each course.

Course Structure:
Classes typically have about 20 students. Students may work in groups, in pairs or individually. Students need to complete course work outside the class. There is an emphasis on student participation in activities, both in class and outside. Choose either a 15 or 20 hours per week class. 20 hours includes a special class (1 hour per day).

Course resources:
All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

Assessment:
Continuous assessment of coursework and activities.

Fees Info
General English and Business English:
3 week courses cost £210 for 15 hours per week or £270 for 20 hours per week.
6 week courses cost £395 for 15 hours per week or £500 for 20 hours per week.

Academic English (IELTS):
This 6 week course can be studied either:
15 hours per week costing £TBC for Home/EU students or £395 for Non-EU International Students.
Materials costs:
Students pay for course books and other study materials.
