Introduction
This course is designed to offer learners without formal qualifications and/or Learning Difficulties and Disabilities progression to further study and/or employment. Each learner will be able to access a personal programme strategically planned to facilitate transition to vocational courses, work training and employment.

Description
If you do not have the required entry qualifications for the course of your choice or perhaps you have learning difficulties or maybe you do not yet know what you want to do? Then this course is for you. This programme will provide you with the opportunity for continued improvement of core skills, help you make decisions about your future and identify your training needs. You will gain confidence and experience of work and/or various vocational courses with guidance to make the transition smoother.

Method of Study
Classroom/workshop based core/basic skills, work ethics that can then be used in the workplace. There will be taster opportunities on relevant vocational courses.

Progression
Depending on your chosen option, if you are successful this programme may lead to further study or employment.
