Description of course:
This course is designed for young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties and or disabilities. The students will study a range of personal development skills to suit their individual needs. They work at their own pace with support. The course also offers young people the opportunity to improve their skills in Numeracy, Literacy and IT at an appropriate level to suit their own needs.

Method of assessment:
Students will collect a portfolio of their work and do assignments in class.

Progression opportunities and careers:
Students may progress to Entry Level courses or to courses to help them to prepare for employment.

Entry requirements:
There are no entry requirements. Applicants will be interviewed.
