This course explores how to reflect on your setting to ensure that outstanding practice is implemented every day. You will understand the role of self reflection in demonstrating outstanding practice.

You will also learn best practice, for informing Ofsted that you are providing outstanding care, teaching and learning as soon as they walk through the door.

You will develop skills to enable you to identify and deal with conflict and motivation in relation to staff members.
