Develop specialist skills from year 2
Build on the practical knowledge and skills to be able to work in a competent manner within a professional catering environment
Take responsibility in a supervisory capacity within the kitchen
Develop improved knowledge and understanding from level 3 plus the Diploma aspects that include management studies
Study gastronomy
Take the WSET certificate.
