Academically it's aweful for computing, Accomodation is overpriced. I must say internet access is poor. There is an endless list of reasons why I can't stand this place. Here's why I would never recommend this to anyone. Go study somewhere else.

My experience is good by so far interesting and engaging.

So far I have enjoyed it, everyone is friendly and I am surrounded by people who actually want to be in education.
← | →

The people here is, overall, very friendly and they also try to help you as much as possible. I would like to say that, even though it is difficult, it would be important for them to try and meet local students, from whom they'll learn a lot. Lecturers are very impersonal and just explain what they have prepared and then students write a paper that has nothing to do with what have been said in class. That's why I don't see the point of going to class, since we cannot widen or put into practice what we've been taught.

The best about this course is the support you receive from the faculty --you really feel a sense of community since the first year. Once I didn't understand a concept so I asked one of the lecturers to come and he did, came for two hours to answer all my questions.

Since I was little I have always been interested in how the world works and what I can do with the mechanics of the world. I came here before as an intern, an international student to do foundation of science, but then I felt in love with the UEA and that's why I'm here. So far, I had many lab experiences, I really like the labs where we have to do physics experiments.

I hate it so much that I am finally tranferring. The level of course I opted for (Film and Analysing TV) was like what we learn at Level A not acceptable at all. Their standards of evaluations are totally bizzare. They lie about the same on their website.
