General Secretary of the PA Superior Council

The title of general secretary, also known as first secretary, is attributed to the single body of some associations, public or private, placed at the top of the same. This secretary is a figure placed directly under the top management and in any case belonging to the senior management of the organization. The organizational apparatus to which the general secretary is proposed is called the secretariat or secretariat. The general secretary who works in this sector is active in the superior council of the public administration which is a guarantee of the unity of the national education system and scientific technical support for the exercise of government functions.
