Health Studies Level 3 Extended Diploma

• The course is broadly equivalent to 3 A levels and the science element it contains will support your access into nursing
• Work placement for a minimum of one day per week in a Health & Social Care setting such as a nursing home, a dentist’s surgery, a chiropodist’s practice, a day nursery or local authority care organization. Your Craven College tutors will arrange your placement but it is also possible for you to use existing part-time employment provided the setting is a Health and Social care institution and your employer is prepared to comply with College requirements
