History
Course Description
The course looks at various aspects of modern history, including major political developments, international relations and war. Major events and issues are considered from the point of view of the people who lived through them.Working in a group on occasion, you'll learn to develop your investigation skills, and how to analyse source material. Class meets for three 90-minute sessions every week.

Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs Grade D, incl. English. (Maths D for some courses). Or Pass in Level 1 Vocational Qual., Merit for BTECs, plus Key Skills Level 1 Comm. (App. of Number for some courses) or equivalent. Diplomas require Functional Skills in ICT, Maths and English.
