History
Martin spent three years at IHMES International Hotel School Isle of Man, where he designed and delivered practical and theory based training for food and beverage operations, food and beverage management, conference and banqueting management and customer care.It was here, Martin achieved the award of HND in Hospitality Management which subsequently led on to BSc International Hospitality Management at the University of Ulster. For Teacher/Trainer Accreditation, Martin holds a professional Train the Trainer Certificate, the Professional Level 4 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector Award and is working towards Qualified Teacher status (QTLS) for the Learning and Skills Sector. Martin is also a Risk Assessor and External Verifier with BTEC Edexcel, a centre with ILM, RSPH, BTEC Edexcel and member of the FSB
