What I would highlight:
The customer service I received from HRUK was outstanding, and they made the process of signing up to my NVQ very simple. Only half way through my course but so far I have already developed my skills more than I originally expected.
What could be improved:
The course has to be finished in 12 months and no sooner, which means there isnt a chance of receiving my certification early
