The ice cream maker is the person in charge of producing and often selling ice cream to the public - by definition the ice cream maker is "whoever makes or sells ice cream". Ice cream is obtained from the processing of milk, eggs, sugar, cream, fruit, bases and semi-finished products, pastes and flavorings. The goal of the ice cream maker's work is to offer a quality, fresh and genuine product. First the ice cream maker selects the raw materials and doses the ingredients correctly (balancing technique) and then prepares the ice cream, following the different processing phases: pasteurization of the mixture and homogenization, maturation of the mixture, creaming of the ice cream (freezing or freezing), firming. For the production it uses machines to make ice cream such as blenders, pasteurizers of mixes, batch freezers, ice cream makers and utensils such as spatulas and stirrers.
