ILM Award in Team Leading Level 2

DC Training & Development Services Ltd. sources funding from a variety of sources and is distributed on a first come first serve basis. This ensures that we are able to cater for a wide range of professions and industry sectors regardless of candidates’ previous qualifications.

To qualify, delegates must be employed either full or part time and a UK resident for a minimum of three years. The training must be job related and the company need to be prepared to release staff for assessment during working hours. Eligibility is variable within each of our funding contracts however the most appropriate funding source can be easily determined through a short interview with the employer and/or employee.

In the event that DC Training & Development Services Ltd. are unable to provide funding for your chosen course, whether it is due to eligibility or that the course itself is simply not funded, we can still offer the training at an agreed rate. Prices for all courses are individually quoted and based on; number of candidates, type, level and duration of course and the delivery location.

Qualification Summary
The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading is a concise qualification designed to give practising and potential Team Leaders a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities and the limits of authority and accountability. The first module, “Developing yourself as a team leader” is a good starting point for team leaders who are new to their roles or for aspiring leaders who wish to gain a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading.
