This course is ideal for people working or aspiring to become Team Leaders. You will need to be in employment in order to collect evidence for your qualification.

What will I study?
You will study through a combination of individual contact hours with the tutor and self-study, working at your own pace and in your own time, due to the flexible delivery of the course.

You will study 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units, which include:
Organise and improve your team's work
Health & Safety
Maintain working relationships
Communicate information

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course, you could progress onto a level 3 course in Management.
