Course Content:
This course consists of 3 units; word processing where you will work with text and images; email where you will learn how to send and receive email messages.

The course is designed for those who have little or no computer skills. The course will prepare you practically for the most widely used ICT applications, and give you the skills needed to progress onto further courses with a view to improve your skills in ICT. Progression:
Successful students can progress to the e-Quals Certificate for IT Users (Level 1).
