Participants should be at least 20 years old and hold a position which will enable them to benefit and become a more effective manager. Due to the nature of the programme, participants are required to have GCSE â€-C or above in English or Level 2 Adult Literacy, as well as a good command of ICT skills.

Special Features: Your work and performance will be continuously assessed throughout the programme by work-based assignments, reflective reviews and presentations. You will be given tutor guidance on a one-to-one basis where required. There are no formal examinations but you will be required to complete all course work to the required standard as set by ILM.
