About this course
Participants will be newly appointed Supervisory/Junior Managers in both the public and private sector with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme. Due to the nature of the programme, participants are required to have GCSE 'C' or above in English or Level 2 Adult Literacy, as well as a good command of ICT skills.

Course Content: The ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. Special Features: There are no formal examinations but participants must complete two work based assignments on Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Motivating to Perform in the Workplace. They must also complete a Reflective Review on Introduction to Leadership.
Course Format: Start Dates in September, January and April.
